If any of you have any advice, I have a bit of an overbite which causes a very recessed chin. Mainstream help I got was to “give it some time and it’ll orient itself as time goes on.” Bullshit, I know this isn’t guaranteed and most people stay with their recessed chins all their lives. At least without surgery is there any way i can boost the growth of my shitty maxilla?

you're not too old to make changes without surgery and with proper ortho intervention/good habits but u gotta move quick

I wouldn’t say too narrow but it is, my tongue drops back down to. And doesn’t stay at the roof when I’m not thinking about it. I’m thinking about starting invisalign around July.

go hop between 3-4 different orthodontists and get all their opinions on your case first. maybe sure theyre focused on airway function cuz they tend to be more blackpilled

never just go with the first orthos plan.

Sometimes the best solution is to kill yourself, nobody deserves to live in this world being a sub-5
