fuckton of water no sodium for like 3 days no sleep or abuse diuretics and dietary pills n drink no water n no sodium n js eat eggs n meat n fruit n drink raw milk n bananas

you should eat bananas like every morning when u wake, at night when ur about to sleep and in between ur daily meals. Match this with drinking a lot of water and doing cardio and you will see results in a few weeks if you’re consistent. Oh and go easy on ur eating, avoid eating midnight and avoid digesting too much salt and sodium.
 
drink 3+L of water daily, do cardio (at least 10.000 steps per day), cut down salty products and eat more potassium containing products (like bananas, coconut, potatoes, ginger etc) or just buy potassium supplements. also u can buy diuretics like furasemide. u will be able to see results in ~2 weeks
