I'm 14 years old and NEED to know what softmaxxes are most beneficial during the growth stage.

Family is financially stable and supportive and my mom is supportive of any diet changes I need to make/could be supportive of almost all FDA approved supplements and products. Assume I'm doing the bare minimum for my health and give me the rundown on each category. Nutrition, Sleep, Frauds, ANYTHING I can do to support my growth during puberty tell me.

Also I have perscribed tretinoin that I'll be starting on. Previous operations had are:

Pallete expansion, headgear, and braces. I'll be having another round of braces once my bones are "done growing". This has all been to treat an underbite, extremely crowded, crooked teeth, and a severely narrow pallete.

We have extremely good coverage and could probably get more out of my orthodontist before he's done with me. Lmk what to tell him if anything at all.
