I did this test yesterday so it’s very recent. But the past months I’m noticing my jaw width is getting slightly wider, if this continues I’ll have a mogger jaw. Also my clavicles grew slightly, like the literal bone. Aside from that I didn’t notice anything else except for more muscle mass obvHave their been any changes to your facial structure? Energy levels gone up? You also said you were growing, when was your last growth spurt since now?

I guarantee you that you have high SHBG to go along with your elevated total T, so your free T will be dead average in range. Sadly, for natural people the same genes/SNPs that make you a high genetic producer of total T also make you a high SHBG producer (seems like a conserved feedback mechanism). I know cause my dad is 70+ years old and has consistently > 1000ng/mL , he was never an athlete, and he is not particularly muscular at all (mediocre body composition). He also has high SHBG. Ive answered this here already, but it’s basically eggs and ground beef since they’re the easiest to cook and eat in large amounts. Daily routine is just going to the gym until I feel tired.
