Like an hour minimum everyday
I mostly eat ground beef and eggs since it’s easy to eat in large amounts
I get like 8-10 hours sleep per night. Sometimes I get insomnia tho so it could be as low as 5 hours

Idk I didn’t get them this time, but last time when I tested 900 on T I had 20 on E. So might be a bit higher now

go primal and start eating raw it will spike up your T levels because of the water soluble vitamins that are lost due to cooking as well as creatine which is mainly lost as well

My parents think I’m mentally ill too jfl. My dad is fine with it now that he sees I’m doing progress in the gym and I’m way bigger than people my age.

My diet isn’t grass fed, I think that’s cope anyway I just buy my shit from my supermarket.
I cook my eggs in butter and the beef just on its own, it comes with its own fats anyway
I just train my upper body mostly and avoid legs to not look like an ogre

I think semen retention is cope imo
Never measured my ball size jfl. But they definitely got bigger, I literally need to buy new underwear now

You need UV. Infrared is just heat, that won't help.

I did this test yesterday so it’s very recent. But the past months I’m noticing my jaw width is getting slightly wider, if this continues I’ll have a mogger jaw. Also my clavicles grew slightly, like the literal bone. Aside from that I didn’t notice anything else except for more muscle mass obv

No no high heat is very bad for your balls, that's why they're outside of the body, to cool down.

I guarantee you that you have high SHBG to go along with your elevated total T, so your free T will be dead average in range. Sadly, for natural people the same genes/SNPs that make you a high genetic producer of total T also make you a high SHBG producer (seems like a conserved feedback mechanism). I know cause my dad is 70+ years old and has consistently > 1000ng/mL , he was never an athlete, and he is not particularly muscular at all (mediocre body composition). He also has high SHBG. However high SHBG is not always a problem as it is an indicator of metabolic health

Ive answered this here already, but it’s basically eggs and ground beef since they’re the easiest to cook and eat in large amounts. Daily routine is just going to the gym until I feel tired. I only skip the gym if I feel tired beforehand, I guess I don’t have a routine I just go as soon as my body recovers.

Everyday before bed. I honestly have to at this point because if I don’t I just stay up humping the pillow with how horny I can get
