Your main flaws are that you have a very marrow mouth giving you a trash nose to mouth width ratio and you got a slightly long philtrum. Also you got uee and of course the buccal fat that will lean out as you age. Other than that i don't really know i am also 15 you have to let puberty hit but again it's just that your proportions are kinda off.

The eye area has good appeal however as I mentioned the proportions are off and the proportions are what mainly determine the appeal so yeah the eye area is good however from a holistic view you look kinda average maybe slightly above. Considering your height as well you are hltn at best.
