Your face is not as symmetrical as the chad’s you see on tiktok but it is not horrendous at all, the perception you got about it is because your brain is used to see your face in the reflexion of a mirror or your phone in selfie so when you switch (take a picture with the back camera of your phone for example) it chocks you because you are not used to it, in reality people wouldn’t make a difference beetween the two considering your level of assymetry, what i would recommend, take a inverted filter on snapchat and look at yourself in it 5 mins a day quick fix

Your lower third is too narrow
try training your masseters before expanding your palette. If training masseters doesnt fix that, hop on marpe after that
And is your palate narrow or ideal? Ideal must be 38-43 mm

Palate expander would be great if its possible. Stick to a healthy diet, sleep good, hit the gym, maybe a different haircut
