If you want a softmax technique there are lip lift creams ,with volufiline and baseline you can have a result ( not gonna lie it will not as good as a filler on doctor) but it might works good

Grow masseters and grow much longer hair especially on the sides to fraud fwhr. Your head is too narrow to buzz the sides off, you need to appear wider.

Don’t get a buzz no matter what, you need very prominent bones to pull that off. You need to get a middle part or something

I'm thinking fringe , cause middle part doesn't really suit me. Like what I have rn and just grow it out a bit more.

Your jaw is pretty much as perfect as it could be, and your base is great, lmtn-mmtn. I'd suggest a couple things that are keeping you from really hitting the next level. I sent you a morph privately to illustrate the changes.

1. Negative canthal tilt/slightly narrow palpebral fissure length
2. Ungroomed brows
3. Stretched mouth
4. Narrow bizygomatic width
5. Slightly weak temples

Also forgot to mention the slightly weak radix, and the haircut. Seems like everybody wants long hair but I'm suggesting something more tight. The problem is that it just looks like you're wearing a bowling ball, you can go about in various ways to fix that.
