i dont know if i should cut some weight or gain more i don’t want to stunt my growth hormones by getting lean i have good genes but im scared i’ll be stuck at 6’0 and also tired of being a bloated skinny fat loser please help me out.

Just go on a small cut if your weight is high for your height. If it’s low, I’d suggest a small surplus. Don’t overdo it or you’ll just get fat.
For 6’0, I’d say if you’re like 180 or over and kinda high body fat (around 18–20%+), do a small cut. Nothing crazy. Like 300–500 calories down. Keep lifting and eat enough protein so you keep your muscle.
If you’re under like 160–165 and lean, do a small surplus. Around 200–300 calories up. You’ll feel fat at first but that’s mostly water and glycogen. If you keep it controlled and train hard, you’ll build muscle. Then after that you’ll be ready for a cut, and you’ll look way better than if you never built the muscle in the first place.

depends if your fat cut if not just go in a small deficit

Just go into cut and get lean asf.
Weight doesn't have to do anything with growth only if your body doesn't have enough food to grow.
