So im slightly recessed in my maxilla and still want a bit of mandibular projection, im considering an fme and a grummons protractions face mask and something else to pull my mandible forward using orthodontics without using any camouflage, fillers, recessing my maxilla or surgery, what should I do?

all i can say is do not ask a dentist what you should do and do your own research because those guys dont give a shit about how you look and definitely dont settle for braces however much your dentist tries to gaslight you into thinking braces would fix everything

dentists will find the easiest way to fix your situation even if it involves fucking up your face like tooth extraction which makes the face sag overtime but the dentist doesnt care because all they wanna fix is your breathing or overbite issues so do your own research and do not give a fuck about what the dentist says unless they actually understand what your trying to do. i personally think expansion is way better than extraction
