Im 16 but cant afford orthodontics

My upper palate is narrow and my lips are way too narrow for my nose and face, if I get surgery or a palate expander or mse when I'm 18 or more will the results be the same if I got a palate expander now also what can I do to widen my lips and maybe my palate

dont stress out, chewing hard gum, food, with good breathe technique and mewing can save you. also exercises to increase t levels for good bone development .

palate expanders dont widen ur mouth, and if they do barley
