I’m 16, How can I get better maxilla/forward projection

Don’t have a super recessed maxilla but I wanna know if there’s anything I can do while I’m still young. I wanna avoid surgeries for now due to no funds. Is thumbpullimg copper or should I start, and if so how. I have a metal retainer behind my teeth after braces and I don’t want to fuck up my teeth after they’ve been fixed. Any advice on how to get a better maxilla (besides surgery) would help.
 
Impossible. You need surgery. Or shotgun implants. Either way I don't care.

impossible without surgery but u could maxamize the chance that it improves by eating good, increase your test as high as possible and eat sat fats so ur bones could move better and take vitamins d3 and k2 10k iu each

Bet, thanks. Going to start bulking at start of January, clean bulk is ideal right, and what specific ways can I increase my test, and what foods to avoid and try to prioritize? And if you know, is bonesmashing cope or is it viable?

avoid greens they make u full and does nothing to the body and no caloreis eat alot of red meat, lamb liver, alot of dairy to get the fats from, lift weights and train high weight low reps, sleep 10 hours a day, stop eating junk food and seed oils

I can still supplement calisthenics in right, or should I solely fully focus high weight low reps?
 
Should I do sprints too or are they cope?

no calories? jfl u meant no carbs?
