I would rate you lower than ltn sorry. But most of it is fixable.

You need to get alot leaner, chew on mastic gum for a more defined square jaw, train your neck and get fit. You also have very poor skin quality, consider retinol.

Also, you do not have the facial bones to pull off a buzz cut, I made that mistake myself. Grow out longer hair. And if you can grow out some facial hair to balance out your weak chin. Your eyebrows are also too horizontally short and lack thickness.

Fixinf these things could hypothetically put you to HTN.
