I've been looking for the ideal supplements or substances one needs, specifically those that will help debloating and providing my body nutrients which will show LOOKS improvements. I need help in order to know if i'm spitting bullshit and everything is cope or there is something in this list that might save my mtn ass so i can ascend.
I've stumbled across some supplements which should happen to do the work:
D3+K2 (For bone and muscle strenght aswell as healthier skin)
Magnesium Glycinate (to improve sleep quality so i can look more vibrant and maybe also reduce my fucking eyebags)
Creatine Monohydrate (improve my performance in gym so i can grow. i know it bloats you beacuse of the water retention but not at what rate so i'm unsure)
Ashwagandha (to reduce stress and improve sleep quality and possibly increase testosterone which would lead to minimal bonemass gain ???)
Zinc ???
Omega-3 ???
Hm: Shilajit ( i'm sure it doesnt give any aesthetic improvement but i read it gives you 85 out of 102 nutrients your body needs daily so maybe i could consider it the only in the list as a ''superfood'' to make sure my body has everything it needs.
As for substances, i informed myself on mk677 (not sure cuz many people say the levels of hGH it helps your body produce are minimal and it just makes you hungry) since i'm not determined to roidmaxx, sarmmaxx or inject illegal things that will make my balls fall in 5 years.
I also train 3-4 times a week and eat okay (fruits, bananas, potatoes, eggs, red meat, chicken, beans, rice, no processed foods or sugar) and drink at least 4L of water/day
