if your plates are open yea you can grow taller.

HGH could make you taller without any side effects but you could also gain no height at all, it could also grow ur nose and ears height is one of those things which you cant realy fix unless u decide to go for Leg lenghtening surgery
You should probably just stick to good lifts and shoe with thick sole
