Id probably say its the opposite. He's not fat to the point where his jaw is hidden by a double chin and the mandible is pretty visible. I think his cheeks are where most of the bloat and fat would be. Those visible zygos would probably look best from the front.

Fair warning about squinting is that ND stare doesn't look good if your eyebrows aren't low set. Squinting wont change the eyebrow set and honestly its hilarious to anyone that can tell
