But 80 kg will be very good already, and my Ward Freaks Out already and says i shouldnt lose more weight, so i will Stop at 80kg. Will Always try to Weigh 80.0-80.9

they are correct about the 69, you need possibly less, like 63-65 like i needed as an ecto if ure not gymmaxxed and i doubt you can gymmaxx being your situation

I'm the same height and 80kg right now and my face is not close to lean. I probably need to get to at least 75 for a lean face.
