Ok I'm 220 pounds and I talked with people on looksmax discord. The average weight i need to be is 160.
I did the calculations, if I do a 1000 calorie deficit it will take so fucking long to reach 160 (210 days)
So I was thinking let's say I do 300 calories a day (not deficet legit only eating 300 calories a day) i can get 60 grams of protien at most.
I can reach my goal super fast maybe 100 days instead of 210.
So is 300 calories + 60g of protien a day ok?
