Ok I'm 220 pounds and I talked with people on looksmax discord. The average weight i need to be is 160.

I did the calculations, if I do a 1000 calorie deficit it will take so fucking long to reach 160 (210 days)

So I was thinking let's say I do 300 calories a day (not deficet legit only eating 300 calories a day) i can get 60 grams of protien at most.

I can reach my goal super fast maybe 100 days instead of 210.

So is 300 calories + 60g of protien a day ok?

You won’t stick to it, it will also fuck up your hormones, some protein bars are close to 300 calories

If you are already a fat fuck it means you lack discipline and self control. The change from the calories you already eat to such a low amount is harder than you think, you will just end up binging and going through the same cycle.

Just be at a caloric deficit and u will loose weight n do cardio
