I'm 23 percent bodyfat with hollow cheeks

My water retention levels are pretty low right now so I've got hollow cheeks and I'm 23 percent bodyfat.

I'll definitely lose fat for better bone structure and overall appearance but bloody hell.

Sure ig but if u have hollow cheeks now u will still have em once lean yeah

Then leanmax if u get to 15% it’s easy to maintain and u don’t have to go lower since u store it well facially

Fat distribution is diff for everyone else I store most of my fat in and around the neck and cheek region i literally have ramirez level mandible almost (except chin) but i stre so much fat there and in submental

It's crazy and it's all thanks to mewing as well.

3 years ago I was around 17 percent bodyfat and has a chubbier face then now due to really shit bone structure. Fast forward 3 years and my bone structure is so much better. I also just my jaw which has made my masseters huge giving me good hollow cheeks and leaner face at 23 percent.

ye same when i first post on this forum i was leaner than i am now but i got huge zygos and masseters since then idek how. what age are you btw? i was 20 when i fitst post here now 22

I'm 19.

And if I go lower will my face start to look worse because of it?

If so I guess ill have to choose face over abs.

Depends on how lean it is tbh, maybe u have a really defined jaw so fat doesn’t hold it back or maybe ur face has low facialfat distribution.

either way u gotta get lean to find out, no one looks worse at 13% bf

3 years ago my bone structure was bad and I looked chubbier at 17 percent bodyfat 3 years ago then I do now at 23 percent bodyfat now with much better bone structure as I've been mewing.
