Thank you dude this actually is good tips. Would you rec snacks ? or like breakfast,lunch,dinner?Make your diet whole foods. You don't have to follow Carnivore or any of that, but just cut out all processed foods and stick to a diet consisting of mainly meats, eggs, butter, raw cheese, fish, rice, potatoes etc.
