I want to lose fat without counting calories. I know I must do a caloric deficit but HOW? pls someone help.

Make your diet whole foods. You don't have to follow Carnivore or any of that, but just cut out all processed foods and stick to a diet consisting of mainly meats, eggs, butter, raw cheese, fish, rice, potatoes etc.

You are fat due to poor food choices.
Thank you dude this actually is good tips. Would you rec snacks ? or like breakfast,lunch,dinner?
 
There is no reason to snack, your meals should be large enough to satiate you so that you do not need to snack.

Eat when hungry, not because it turned 2pm and it's supposedly time for lunch.
