i was measuring back to wall by myself and could never stand up properly, so i was slouching a bit. I measured front to wall and stood up properly and I got 4mm higher measurement.

i measured with my normal irl posture i never measure with some unrealistic stand as tall as possible posture, before i was slouching noticeably. And everyone measures standing as tall as possible in studies so if anything im closer to average than I thought.
