Depends on your age and height right now. But the things i did(and still do) are altleast 8+ hours of sleep, sprinting intervals, eating a shitton of food mainly healthy, suplements such as vitamen D3, D2, zinc, calcium, magnesium, posture correction(stretching) and pray. But agian it depends on your age and height rn. Im 17 right now, but i dont know if ive stopped growing or if i have a few cm lef.
