im 5'10 16 (almost 17) is it over?

first off ive grown a half inch maybe in the past year so i think my growth plates are closing. so hgh wont do much.

had decently good genetics despite my parents being 5'11 and 5'4. as a kid i was usually always taller than everyone else but as i aged i ate way less than others and was always very skinny. i also went thru puberty very early (started at 11) so it was nice being tall in middle school but now i feel short as fuck. willing to do anything to get taller except take roids.
any advice or am i just gonna do these stupid maasai jumps for the rest of my life? thanks

Greetings beloved, yes, getting at least 3-6 hours of sun exposure on your bare skin would be ideal, yes you gotta be in the sun alot for vitamin d3 which stimulates bone growth

Apparently ive grown 1/2 inch in the past 2 weeks since i made this post and my family actually noticed it. Might just be posture though. Dont give up yet
