no gay shit but, how can i achieve a leaner build like this, everyone says to do all these dif workouts like ppl, or arnold x ul, what should i do and what weight should i drop to, to achieve this build




sorry if this is a dumb question im new to the gym and looksmaxxing

If you are a beginner, just go for PPL for now its good enough , you will know the basics after a while . They look 10-12% with some muscle mass . Go do a small bulk (300 kcal extra) , not a dirty pig bulk and after 1-2 years shred down. Plus, in the beginning stages you will have newbie gains and might even recomp (happened to me) . Also have a very good sleep of 7.5 to 9 hours and eat 1.6 to 2.2 grams of protein per KG .
