I’m 5’4 at 15 and I get height mog by girls daily and get shouldered by dudes what can I do to grow

check your growth plates if they r open blast hgh and do anything to make your bones grow. if theyre closed which shouldnt be the case at 15 im sorry then

there's not much you can do tbh

The only thing I can recommend is that you stick to a strict, nutrition-based diet.

Make sure you get perfect sleep.

And it also depends on your parents’ genetics.

Your highest potential is 5'8 in that case. It's not ideal, but if you take action now, you get the perfect amount of nutrition and the perfect amount of sleep, you can maybe exceed 5'8, but expect 5'8 when you're like 20.
