take something like mk-677 or something that increases HGH before it's too late lad. My friend stopped growing at 183 at 16, but then started taking mk-677 at 18 and grew to 189cm, which his school doctors found extremely weird at his bu-annual checkup

I was 5'6 at 16 yrs old and shot up 7 inches from ages 17 to 18. There is still hope

if you're gonna sit on the ground it won't be as accurate and you'll probably get like 2-3cm more or less from the test.

I am 18 and still growing, depends on when you started puberty

Only legit way you can get taller at your age: is to go get an X-ray, if your growth plates are open that would be good news. Buy pharma grade HGH, inject for 6 months for good results. Any other way is cope

Most growth plate checking x rays are bs tbh they only scan wrist and or shin bones but the thing is these bones fuse before bones like the femurs or ribcage spine etc.
My mate got them checked at 17 wrists got told they were fused but still grew 3-4 cm after

If your plates in wrist and shin have fused it won’t tell you, you won’t grow AT ALL, it just means your major growth spurts during are finished and you should only expect an incremental increase at best from then on.

Bro I was sub 5'10 till I was in college at 19 yrs old. Hit a growth spurt and ended up 6'3. But you gotta also check who's tall on both your parents side. Sometimes you'll get height from an uncle or grandparent.

You won't be 6'3 unless you really gymmaxx the fuck out of yourself. I know of some NBA players who grew half a foot at 18 years old, but they have a certain workout that none of us know.

Focus on the following:
1. Sleep. 10 hours a day, meaning sleep 11 hours a day. You actually wake up in the middle of the night but you just don't know because those stages are so brief. That's what my FitBit tells me at least, but sleep is the most important part right now for you.

2. Diet. Protein, Fiber, Carbs, aka meat (go HARD on chicken and fish. Fish has healthy omega-3 fats that help you energize and grow. If that's too expensive, focus on almonds, walnuts, etc. they give you good protein too), vegetables (helps digest proteins and meats so your cells can use them to grow and energize you. Don't just eat meat only. You can do that later in your life. Just not now. Your situation is way too dire for that. Also focus on GREEN vegetables, like spinach, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, over bell peppers, onions, and nightshade like mushrooms. Also pinto beans are good for you too). Finally, carbs (eat your carbs but don't go too hard. All carbs that your body won't need will NOT get flushed down your digestive system like vegetables and meat. It will be stored as fat. But focus on brown rice and whole grains. Brown rice has a bunch of nutrients unlike white rice, and whole grains aren't that tasty but has a lot of nutrients your body will use to grow.

3. Work out. Your basics: Squats (legs), Pull-ups (arms/chest/back), Push-ups (arms/chest), and Core (Abdominals). If you haven't worked out much, go body weight first. Last thing you want to do at your age is hurt yourself. You will heal quickly, but that's time that's wasted. Push yourself but not too hard. You need to focus on your core more than anything. Your core is the foundation of everything and will help you become proportionate as you grow. Also, abs.
If you're weight training, go with Front squats, Bench Press, Pull-ups with weight, Core with weight, Deadlifts, Shoulder Presses, and Biceps/Triceps. If you're advanced, add more resistance and singular exercises, like single leg, where you're more isolating your body.
Conditioning: Do a lot of this. Shorts sprints AND long distance running. Also jump rope workouts. Your body needs blood to grow. Your heart creates blood and blood flow. Make sure your heart is healthy. Also, a big dick usually means there's a lot of blood in said dick. You want a bigger dick? Get your blood flowing and make sure your blood pressure is at a healthy level.

4. Water. Drink water. Don't drink sugary juice. That will hinder your growth. Go hard on the water. It has zero calories and any artificial shit. Just drink water.

Try this before you're 20. Do this CONSISTENTLY. That's the biggest key. You gotta be consistent with this.
