im 179 cm at 17 bro i just use lifts and fraud to 6ft, even make custom diy lifts with socks stuffed under the soles along with some real lifts

hgh is benfical when used in pre pubesncnse and even then the boys gained 5 - 8 cm wit consistnt use of crazy amounts of iu's, but your height is mainly pre determined

Genuinely yes, if u have the money for some hgh it wouldn't hurt but it's not going to give u 6 inches of height randomly
