my dad is 5’8 and my mum is just 5’4, with no relatives over the height of 5’10 besides my 5’11 grandpa. is it over? i try to live a healthy lifestyle but i feel like im cooked regardless.

5’9 is already a good height at 14, you’ll most prob grow to 5’11 or more at 18. In doubt take hgh.
