K2. Vitamin D. Chewing hard! I chew 30 mins. I mew. I did thumb pulling. I corrected my posture and I did bone smash theory. (Not recommend unless you just don’t care ). I did grow a little at 20 ngl but I really doubt that causes most of my changes. Iv been super dedicated at my routine for a long time. I lost fat too at my thinnest.
