I'm 6'0 but my hands and feet are tiny. What does this mean?

I'm 6'.25, maybe a bit taller since I last measured.

My feet are size 9, and my hands are 23-22 cm
(from the start of my wrist to the longest point on my middlefinger).
My wrists are also tiny, I can easily wrap my middle finger and my thumb together around them.

Does this mean I'm done growing or could grow taller?
In November my growthplates were open however I've only grown like .25 of an inch, and since January I haven't noticed any heightgrowth.

Also wear some nice knit runners like Ultraboost that adidas makes slightly oversized (.5-1) and start running every morning and do it well with the intention of using your entire foot, I made my feet 2 sizes bigger like this srs, went from size 9.5 to 11.5.
