My growth plates are developing like those of an average 16 y.o. I feel like I'll naturally reach about 6'2 by the end. Is there a chance I'll reach 6'3 or higher if I take anastrozole for a year or longer?

average 16 year old so you shouldn't grow more than 1-2 cm naturally
