I’m 6’5 with a 15.5 or 16 inch neck

I always read the neck pill but didn’t realize how bad mine was till I was getting fitted for a suit yesterday. I think that is the cause of me having a slight bobble head look. My head is 23 inch circumference JFL. I need to bulk my neck up.

But I also don’t want to lose jawline tightness.
