You should Go on a Lean Bulk with Like a 400 calorie Surplus. This will be optimal for muscle growth

You should just be lifting consistently and getting at least 120 grams of protein a day. Counting calories is helpful but honestly you don't even have to. You need to bulk at least for a year before you consider cutting, and you probably will need to go on 2 good bulks before you're big and strong. 137 is skinny for a 6 footer , and you're gonna need to put on size and muscle through lifting up heavy weight. You're body will adapt and you will build a base of muscles. Just don't try to cut. Eat enough protein, and 4 meals a day, and you will grow especially because you will make begginer gains, which can be around 20lbs of muscle in one year in the average person .
