I'm 8.6% fat according to body calculator. What am I doing wrong?

Are these calculators just innaccurate or did I do something wrong?
There is no way im 8% bodyfat with how bloated my ugly face is

I have pretty fast metabolism and jog a couple of times a week but I do eat a lot.

Use this calculator instead with tape and Heritage BMI method. Pretty accurate and consistent results in my case

Dude I got around 8 percent on that one too.
The measurments were kind of inaccurate because I dont have a measuring tape and used a belt instead but I doubt it can make this much of a difference.

My waist is 70 and I'm about 15-17% body fat at 178 cm 70 kg

I don't know. I store fat differently. I have a lot of fat on my butt unfortunately, I wish I had more fat on my stomach
But I also gymmax and have some muscle mass

I still have decent amount of fat around my stomatch tho.
I actually get minor fat rolls if I lean forward while sitting

Probably bullshit, 8.6% is very low. Most body fat measurements are wildly inaccurate. Dexa scans are the most accurate, but you can even throw them off a significant amount by drinking a lot of water before your scan

Check out Greg Doucette rating your genetics series, he rates average peoples bodyfats and genetic base for bodybuilding etc.
All people store fat differently and depending on how big your muscles are you might look lower BF, strongmen can have visible abs year arround because they are so fucking huge yet they are always above 15%BF.
But in general for average normie if you can't make out your abs when flexing you are most likely above 15%.

Thx bro, I do have visible abs when flexing but I actually already pm'ed a high iq user who confirmed that I am around 15% based on what my body looks like.
And yeah, these calculators are indeed fucking retarded

even though with high bf you cant see abs

I realized, working out (direct ab training or something like deadlifts/ohp/squat) is crucial to get them to show, if you dont train them ab muscles atrophy and you need to be very low bf to see them
