It works temporarily I guess, but only do it if you already have decent bone mass, and lean enough, good luck with everything

no proof bonesmashing works. Don't do it follow the beauty quadrants and you will develop properly, you're really young so looksmaxxing isn't the best thing to get obsessed with even someone with cl potential at 13 will get mogged unless they have early puberty.
