Is this plan good to get taller?

Im think of taking 7IU of hgh and when priming maybe 4IU.

Im going to start next year just incase of shipping delays with Christmas and I also want to get all my blood work done first,

I’m 16 and 5’3 but almost 5’4, and I’ve grown maybe a couple centimetres the last couple months so my plates are still open I believe.
I will obviously continue to do more research but is this plan good so far?

And also do I need a encryption system and vpn because it is illegal to buy in my country and also where would I get it posted to.

And should I do take anything else for hight and facial growth because I’m boneless lol.
