No I already know. One of the first things I'm getting when I lose weight is a facelift so I can stop having fat face. LASIK I can get right now, since contacts don't work for me.

Just hit the gym run on the thread mill regularly to unbloat your face...
It looks partially bloated but it can be fixed by doing exercises, also after you're done tan your face , fresh haircut and you could be a 7/10 or even 8/10 if you tryhard a lot
