where do i start? im 23yo NEET and people are easily drawn to me, and i always excelled in everything academic and physical. But after a stint of degeneracy and very bad financial decisions i lost will to keep going for a while and have LDARed for almost 2 years. I still have the basis for a good build from being an athlete in HS. I'm about gotten over it now but nearly 2 years of LDARing has done damage for sure.

I just need to know where would be a good place to start for home workouts to get back to looking good, i lack the motivation to even go out and get my life restarted having let myself go and now looking like garbage. Its brutal looking in the mirror and seeing myself this chubby and messy knowing if i'd just made better decisions it wouldn't be this way. anything to get my blood flowing well and provide a good basis for fitness would work

id assume being a fat fuck with no visible veins and barely visible bone structure lowers SMV much more. i dont wana be jacked but i wana be healthy and strong
