My max bench is 50kg and my weight is 75kg, I seriously don't know how to cope with this, I even struggle slightly at lifting 35kg. 20 days since starting to lift and I've only gained 200g of weight while eating 3300kcal a day, my T levels are probably 250 ng/l or something, I can't cope with this man, will go ER in the near future

Stop crying. I barely could lift the barbell in bench press when I first hit the gym. Be consistent and hardcore, and progress follows.

20 days since I started lifting and I only progressed from 25kg to 35kg on bench press 4×8, I feel too weak man, I'm not crying but I feel defeated. I also barely gained weight while eating 150g of protein and 3300kcal everyday

why can some guys just lift 40kg first time and some cant even lift the barbell

Some dudes live more active lifestyles, some are more skinny than others. Some athlete can go and lift 100kg on his first time, so many possibilities.

Get your T levels tested then man. This doesn't sound good. Are your other lifestyle factors such as sleep and recovery good?

That's good progress dummy, maybe you are low t if you so defeated despite making progress

I was never active at all before this, never lifted a thing, recovery is descent, I sleep 8 hours eat 3300kcal and 150g protein daily, weight is around the same the past 20 days.

I'm going to check my T levels, but my dick Is above average length and i have a good fwhr, those are indicators of good prenatal T. Also my erection is always on when fucking a girl for an hour

Well you'll figure it out. Probably something not so serious and not low T especially at your age. And your mood is good I'm assuming

The only reason I could see is that I have a vitamin D deficiency or something or I just don't eat enough

Be fucking careful and listen. I went from only the bar to 80kg in a few months and then inflamed my biceps couldnt train for months
