I started lifting like 2 yrs ago but because of horse ass genetics and no testosterone i made fuck all progress

2 years later my physique is shit for 2 years progress but atleast I have some muscle

atleast my base is better for the face :feelshehe: which mogs the body anyway:feelsgah:

I had shit genes but I tanked my testosterone levels at a very young age. from like 11-14 all I did was sit on my ass and play league of legends all day + eating nothing but goyslop + sleeping 5 hours a night max so its my fault for raping my T levels when I started gym at 14

I was also overweight from ages 11-15 due to a bad diet and playing video games all day. This delayed my puberty, and at 18, I'm still going through it. :lul:

im still young 16cel so I still have time to improve and I think I'm only starting to hit my major puberty growths now. i wonder what my life would be like if I touched grass brutal
