Last year, in the span of a few months less than half a year, I went down from 85 kg to 60 kg. I was maintaining it quite well.

Then the fasting month came, and I started eating so much.

This year, I’m back to 85 kg. All the progress made has been washed away.

Since I’m sick and tired of just dieting to lose weight, I’ve decided to incorporate gymmaxxing into my routine.

My best friend is going to help me with a workout plan, he’s an aspiring personal trainer, and he’s been working out since he was 14; he’s 30 now. And he’s got a top-tier body without roiding at all.

I’ll make sure to take progress pictures, but I won’t start until a few weeks later. I’d start right away, but my friend’s about to suffer from a burnout, and wants to take some time off for himself which is understandable since he’s a hard worker, working two jobs. After his vacation time, I’ll start gymmaxxing.

I plan on doing this naturally. I won’t be sharing progress pictures out of privacy concerns. :Comfy:

Weren't you leanmaxxing around April or something? i remember you not eating and stuff like that. I need to leanmaxx aswell tbh, i can't cook so i'm forced to eat goyslop

Good memory. I was indeed leanmaxxing from April or May until like November. Then Ramadan came and it was joever. You can be leanmaxxing while eating goyslop if you’re doing OMAD (one meal a day), that’s how I maintained my weight; got to eat whatever I wanted without really gaining.

Unfortunately… but by incorporating gymmaxxing into my life, the weight loss process will go quicker, plus I’ll be more fit!
yh gym will help with the weightloss and also make your body look better at a high bf % aswell and obviously in clothes aswell. Starvemaxxing doesn't really work, it's not a long term solution, people who do it almost always put the w eight back on. You just have to adopt a healthy diet + lifestyle for long term.

Yeah, you’re right. That’s why, even after achieving my goals (getting rid of fat), I’ll continue going to the gym, albeit less frequently. Like, instead of 3x a week, I’ll go 1x a week. :Comfy:

The problem with that is you're not getting all the macro and micronutrients your body needs only eating one meal a day and that meal is goyslop aswell. It does help maintain weight though, i've done it myself since i don't eat breakfast and usually eat one big meal of goyslop.

Yeah, it’s obviously not ideal and most people wouldn’t do it like that; but that’s what I like. I’m not someone who cares much for macronutrients and micronutrients haha. I just want what I crave.

You’re a fat slob because you eat a mixed diet of animals and plant toxins, not because of a lack of exercise.

I already lost weight in 2019 (tried to leanmaxx, got down to 52 kg, lol) but then gained it post-COVID. Then last year I wanted to lose weight again, so I did. But then I got fat again. XD
