I’m a greycel. I need to fix this grey hair issue

My two options are to use that shampoo stuff that gradually darkens the greys To blend in

Or

To just bleach my hair.

The second one risks maybe fucking my hair up more but it’s a bigger change

How old are you? Try supplementing betacaroten, it worked for me but colaterally made my hair darker.
