I'm a legit landwhale, not even skinny fat

Most skinny fat people at 175-185cm are 65-70kgs. I'm 82kgs at 177cm with 38" waist and no big frame, I am skullcel with 6.5" wrists. I just don't look that fat because of wide-ish clavicles and some degree of facial bones being visible. Fuck, I shouldn't even be putting myself out there for a year at least.

i lost some weight this week cause im sick. its about adding food to your diet thats healthy and not removing too much sugar at once, like for example ill have some eggs and yogurt, but also a mountain dew. i also had some cake today but tm im having eggs and yogurt with a bit of soda
