For a while now, this is all I been doing
-masturbating in prone position
-pacing to music in fantasy land or thinking about what my life is now, or what my life could be
-binge eating
-lurk on social media and search up everything on google
It’s really hard to get out of doing that stuff. Do you guys think those are normal activities for me to do?

I do all of that and my life fucking sucks so i'm gonna take a wild guess and say that it is a negative way to spend your time.

A “job” I have at the moment is babysitting. I’m a senior in high school.

Having a set schedule makes life better. I'm not one to recommend Jordan Peterson, but he does have some solid content on dealing with depression and aimless.
For example, have a bedtime every night. Wake up at the same time every day.
