Im a man with Polyorchidism (I have 3 testicles)

I have 1 right testicle and 2 left testicles. One on the left is the biggest and the other on the left is real small but is connected by some strand to the bigger testicle. I found a Wikipedia article which said it is called Polyorchidism and has only been 100 published cases of it.
But I like to have 3 nuts because my body produces more natural testosterone.
