No, being short or tall is entirely about perception. If you’re 1” above average when people look at you they’re seeing a roughly average height man. Same with 1” below average. You’re in the average range, period. Manlet starts when everybody you meet calls you short.

6ft 3. I am usually frauding 6ft 5 irl, (one inch lifts and tall afro hair). I doubt most people here are acutally 6ft 2+, it just seems that way beacuse your only going to mention/brag about your height if your tall. Manlets/average height height people will probably stay quiet about their height.

No man. Not even in Netherlands is 5'10 manlet height. I mean, EVEN in Netherlands (tallest nation) at that heights (as youngster) you are than average ranges. Probably just below average than here.
5’9.5” by every source I’ve seen is dead center average. People either round it up and say 5’10” or they round it down and say 5’9”. Average range is 5’9”-5’11” stop coping so hard. You’re not tall at 5’11” and you’re not short at 5’9”, at these heights it is entirely FACE. And face is always king.
If 5’9.5 is average height 5’11 is definitely tall, same way 5’7 is short. 5’9 is still Manlet as you’re shorter than average, but it’s obviously not as bad as being 5’6 or below.

Exercise, sleeping, good nutrition, intermittent fasting, etc. - these are all proven to increase the natural secretion of HGH, although is kinda hard to say how much influence they will have on your height levels...

I don't remember making a thread about LL but regardless I do know a little b/c I will do LL myself. The journey consists of physical therapy, training, etc and talking with a stretcher, pain medications, discomfort, unexpected surprises, complications (not always but the possibility is always there), lifestyle changes (example taking a shower) and of course removing the STRYDE nail. Its also a psychological battle.
