I’m a maxilla away

Whenever I take a photo with a skin filter it sends shivers down my fucking spine, i legit get a chill. I am thinking yo I am actually pretty good looking. But then I look in the mirror and see my disgusting skin due to my reccesed maxilla causing awful nasolobail folds, bloating and under eye bags

I get hard thinking of how life would be if I actually looked like, sadly and unfortunately I don’t and never will
