I tried sleeping without it the other night and i just had such terrible sleep that i just can't not take it..

its mostly just for sleep
it doesn’t really relax you like gaba stuff, just makes you sleepy.
If you take it during the day you will probably just feel tired or off

so yeah it’s more about sleep quality than actual relaxation

Never tried it, they do different things so together it wouldd probably just make you more sleepy not more relaxed

its so good but u fall asleep in 10-15min. im also addicted to it... dont take more then the package acutally says or youll build a tollareance (no clue if thats an acutal thing but atleast it feels like it)
