Why did you NEET for so long and how did u get into this debt?

I fell into the NEEThole after I left high school and attended adult high school to get my diploma. I had to re-do another year because of my exams or I could decide to re-do a major essay. I chose to go with the latter. For this, I didn’t have to go to school but just work on it virtually which I did. I only went to school one more time after that and that was to receive my diploma later that year (November 2015). Then since college starts every Fall I had to wait even longer until then. By then I had already enjoyed my NEEThood so when I started college that year to study nursing I just attended for less than a month and dropped out due to my OCD. I have to say, studying nursing was the most fun I ever had at any college. I had my beard shaven off by my female classmates, I had to feed my classmates while they LARPed as sick, plus besides I was one of the three guys in a class of 20-25 students so due to a lack of boys there were also flirty girls. I got my first compliment on my looks there (on my eyebrows, JFL) and also another compliment on how I was as a person (they said I was hilarious even though I barely talked). I got into student loans everytime I went to college and didn’t tell the government I wasn’t going to classes anymore so the money kept pouring in.

Contrary to popular belief, my genetics are fine actually. I’d say outside factors played a huge toll on me - things out of my control which I do not want to talk about. As a result of those things I am now dead inside, for better or for worse.
