depends how low quality it is, the more you eat it the more you body can handle worse quality until you reach the state of your ancestors who would eat rotten maggot infested meat

just instead of going to the shops and spending a shit ton of money on copes like soda, sweets, crips, bread or wtv just buy some nice steak and don't use your oven or washing machine

meat eggs and fruits is great, maybe slowly add in some milk. if you add honey and cacao to it it’s just a chocolate milk. if it’s all raw it’s still optimal aswell
